We have had some snow in Texas this year! Last week I was not prepared for the snow to cancel the girls school and us have to be cooped up in our house all day. WELL this week I was; I prepared some Valentine crafts for us to do.

I bought both of the girls small canvases for them to use what ever medium they wanted to: paint, modge podge, stickers etc. and Nevaeh a picture frame she could decorate as a gift for her mom.

The both jumped on the idea of using my modge podge glue because it was so new for them. Here is our snow day at home…..we didnt get out of our pj’s you will notice lol! (disregard all our mess in the background were in the process of organizing our shed )

Now that you have seen both of them busy at work you can see their final products….Nevaeh’s is on the left and Madelyn’s on the right.

I am so proud of this final craft Nevaeh did. It looks great! I think it is very symmetrical and trendy. She saw me making rosettes and wanted to try also. LET me tell you she had her first encounter of a good hot glue burn on her finger. I felt so bad for her but I tried to make her feel better by telling her all crafters get those burns here is what she came up with!
