I recently was introduced to decoupaging at one of our many craft parties. At that party I saw all the different things you could actually decoupage….so I figured why not use my new technique on some dull office supplies.

I went to one of my FAVORITE types of store…..a thrift store!!!! I found a tissue box and a pencil/pen holder I could jazz up to fit my new office theme.

Unfortunately after I finished this pencil holder I realized it didn’t go with my office BUT it went well with my sisters desk

Here is the tissue box I did…..I like very clean lines when doing this but I decided to go with one of my good friend’s method of tearing the paper in pieces. Here is what I came up with:

 Its very funky and I LOVE how it coordinates with my inspiration piece.
