As you all know from my recent post on Magaly’s office, she works out of her house. She wanted to give her living room a different look since this is the first thing clients see when walking in and where parent’s wait while she is taking pictures of their kids.  We kept her sofas, carpet and wood paneled walls. The layout of her living room is a little tricky to work with becuase it has 3 door ways, a fireplace and a double window so there isn’t a whole lot of wall space.

My suggestion was we needed to brighten up the room since the wood paneled walls made it dark. Change around the positioning of the furniture, jazz up her fireplace, add more lighting and of course accessorize

Now lets take a look at what moving around the furniture, getting a new rug and adding a few items can do for a room……
